Job Summary | Payroll Services’ supports the University community in producing accurate and timely employee compensation payments in compliance with Federal, State and University regulations while providing exceptional customer service to meet the payroll needs of our students, faculty and staff. This position requires someone who is skilled in their attention to detail, a strong work ethic, organizational skills, the ability to meet the established deadlines and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties for this position include: evaluation, calculation and entry of tax documents, direct deposit information and Court Ordered deductions to ensure data integrity and timely processing of biweekly and monthly payrolls assist and provide direction to University departments and employees on all aspects of payroll regarding SAP data processing and payroll functionality while adhering to all University, Federal, State, and Local government regulations validation of W2 and 1042S information for all University employees maintenance of Nonresident Alien documentation, ensuring proper taxation and compliance with IRS regulations.
