AD System Administrator

You’ll also help with resource accounts, email aliases, shared mailboxes, calendars, and other user needs. Success in this role comes from strong communication skills, solid technical experience, and a proactive problem‑solving mindset, along with the ability to manage projects, tackle complex challenges, and collaborate closely with teammates, leadership, users, and vendors. While you’ll work with a lot of autonomy, daily check‑ins with management and senior staff help keep projects moving forward, and you’ll be trusted to take ownership and accountability for your work.

About the Role:
You’ll be the go-to person for handling incidents and requests related to Identity Management and Microsoft 365 services like Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Active Directory. A big part of the job is providing great customer service throughout the account lifecycle—helping users with accounts, passwords, storage, deprovisioning, and overall access needs.
