  • Manage the full lifecycle of employee leave programs including FMLA, ADA, state leave laws, and university policies.

  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Benefits, Payroll, Workers' Compensation, Civil Rights staff, and Legal Counsel.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential leave and accommodation records and coordinate with Payroll for record-keeping.
  • Administer the donated sick leave program ensuring compliance and transparency.
  • Design and deliver training for managers, HR representatives, and administrative staff on leave and accommodation processes.
  • Require substantial experience and/or certification in human resources or related education.
  • Must demonstrate knowledge of ADA, FMLA, PWFA, Workers' Compensation, and strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Salary is $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience, education, and qualifications.
