Highlights

Manage the full lifecycle of employee leave programs including FMLA, ADA, state leave laws, and university policies.
Serve as a subject matter expert for reasonable accommodation requests, engaging in the interactive process with employees.
Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Benefits, Payroll, Workers' Compensation, Civil Rights staff, and Legal Counsel.
Maintain accurate and confidential leave and accommodation records and coordinate with Payroll for record-keeping.
Administer the donated sick leave program ensuring compliance and transparency.
Design and deliver training for managers, HR representatives, and administrative staff on leave and accommodation processes.
Require substantial experience and/or certification in human resources or related education.
Must demonstrate knowledge of ADA, FMLA, PWFA, Workers' Compensation, and strong communication and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required.
Salary is $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience, education, and qualifications.
