Highlights

Conduct the interactive process with employees and evaluate accommodation needs related to essential job functions.
Maintain confidential and accurate records in designated systems, coordinating with Payroll and other departments.
Administer the donated sick leave program ensuring compliance and transparency.
Develop and deliver training sessions for university managers, supervisors, and HR representatives.
Collaborate with multiple university departments including Employee and Labor Relations, Benefits, Payroll, Workers’ Compensation, and Legal Counsel.
Required proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Must possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience, with knowledge of ADA, FMLA, PWFA, and workers’ compensation laws.
Salary is $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience, education, and qualifications.
