  • Use HR systems such as ConnectCarolina, PeopleAdmin, LawLogix I-9 system, and InfoPorte regularly.
  • Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree and at least two years of progressive HR experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include HR certifications (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP), experience with PeopleSoft and InfoPorte, knowledge of UNC policies, and higher education experience.
