Highlights

Required bachelor’s degree and two years of professional HR management experience or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA) and HR consulting experience in recruitment, compensation, employee relations, classification, or benefits.
Preferred experience with PeopleSoft, InfoPorte, UNC TIM, and familiarity with UNC policies for SPA and EPA positions, ideally in higher education.
Excellent communication skills, business judgment, tact, diplomacy, and problem-solving abilities required.
Full-time permanent position with a salary range of $65,871 to $78,356 and 40 hours per week.
The position is designated as virtual but may change based on unit needs.
