Job Duty  | Customer Service: Maintains the primary presence at the EAO front desk. Responsible for handling telephone calls, general email inquiries, walk-in traffic, scheduling student appointments, completing visa letters, and assisting students as well as office staff. Develops and maintains a working knowledge of education abroad procedures and handles routine inquiries from students, parents, faculty, and staff, escalating them to the appropriate staff as needed.
