Shift | Primarily days Monday – Friday Between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; and additional hours as needed.
Job Summary | The College of Public Health Business Office seeks an Administrative Assistant to provide support for the Department of Health Management & Policy. This support will include, but not be limited to, navigating university regulations and policies, maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, event planning and search committee support.
Additional responsibilities will include maintaining supply inventory and placing orders as needed, tracking expenditures, account reconciliation, scheduling faculty meetings and taking minutes. Processing travel arrangements which includes flights, hotel reservations, transportation, etc.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | An ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service, organization, oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, planning and organizing and problem solving skills.
