Job Summary | The College of Social Work’s Centers and Labs are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Services Assistant Senior to provide comprehensive programmatic and administrative support across multiple operational units. This role is designed to enhance administrative efficiency, and support program implementation, while also coordinating key operational tasks and events. Reporting to the Centers and Labs leadership team, the incumbent will offer high-level administrative assistance—including meeting documentation, communications, data entry, reporting support, and event coordination—as well as assist with various process-driven tasks such as intake/termination processing, survey tracking, account creation, purchase requests, and technical support.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | minimum 2 years of administrative and program support experience, preferably in multi-unit or complex organizational settings technical proficiency: advanced MS Office skills; familiarity with UK policies/procedures is strongly preferred
