Job Summary | The Office of Sponsored Projects Administration (OSPA) is seeking an
Administrative Services Assistant Senior.
This position plays a key role in delivering prompt and effective support by executing complex administrative processes and providing guidance to administrative staff. Responsibilities include preparing PADRs, managing subaward purchase orders, and triaging communications to ensure compliance and timeliness. This position also assists in post-award research administration tasks, such as processing account revisions and managing residuals. Additionally, the role supports OSPA Directors with specialized tasks, report generation, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative environment.
