Job Summary | The Office of Sponsored Projects Administration (OSPA) is seeking a
Research Administrative Coordinator.
This position plays a vital role in supervising and managing administrative staff and processes, including, but not limited to … managing the department budget developing performance metrics and implementing efficiencies serving as subject matter expert on all aspects of administrative tasks managing and coordinating the development and update of standard operating procedures (SOPs) managing and coordinating the non-financial aspects of the sponsored project account closeout process overseeing the collection, organization, and storage of all project files and documentation related to sponsored projects (which are primarily electronic records), ensuring e-files contain necessary supporting documents
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative environment.
