Job Summary  | The Department of Ophthalmology is hiring an Administrative Services Assistant for a role that supports the Department Chair, managing meeting calendars and clinic schedules, hosting visitors, managing special projects, and supporting monthly faculty meetings.

The position will also be responsible for preparation of faculty dossiers and credentialing for appointment and promotion. In addition, planning special department events and creating a monthly department newsletter will be expected. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
