- Serve as primary contact for the Dean with campus units, faculty, staff, and external constituents.
- Manage the Dean’s calendar, schedule meetings and events, and resolve scheduling conflicts.

- Staff the mailroom to route sensitive and confidential documents appropriately.

- Long-term responsibility includes managing departmental coordinators and assisting with hiring.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel), Smartsheets, Zoom, Google Drive, with ability to learn UNC systems such as Concur, NinerTalent, Banner, and Kronos.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Temporary full-time position with a pay rate of $45,520 annually and work schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
