Job Summary/Basic Function | The Admission and Enrollment Navigator is a key member of the new College Exploration Hub. This accessible, student-centered resource integrates financial aid, scholarships, admissions support, and exploratory advising into a single service point. The Navigator provides direct guidance to complex learners, including high school students, first-generation students, technical college transition students, adult learners, and Building Puentes participants.
Additionally, the advisor works with other staff to develop and facilitate college preparation workshops on a variety of topics, such as admissions, mapping your path, CTE, etc.
Position is part-time until May 2026, up to 29 hours a week. Possibility for additional time pending funding.
Required Qualifications | Associate’s degree One year of experience in student services and advising, or a combination of education and experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Ability to learn university systems such as admissions, scholarships, financial aid, and advising tools.
