  • Required knowledge of CRM systems, student information systems, financial aid, registration, and student billing processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to adapt to new technology and software.
  • Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree with one year of related experience or equivalent five years of related experience in financial aid, registration, or student accounts.
  • Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree and experience in a student services center.
  • Salary provided: $42,357 annually; standard work hours Monday to Friday 8 AM - 5 PM, with possible evening/weekend shifts.
