Job Description  | The Admissions Assistant III supports the Undergraduate Office of Admissions
by performing a variety of administrative, clerical, and high-volume, detail oriented
data entry functions, along with customer service duties that ensure
accurate and efficient processing of student applications, academic history/
transfer courses, and records. This position plays a critical role in maintaining
data integrity within student information systems, with a strong emphasis on
precision, accuracy, and timeliness of data entry. The role also serves as a
welcoming point of contact for students, families, and campus partners,
including responsibilities such as working the front counter, answering
phones, and assisting walk-in visitors in a professional, timely, and courteous
manner.
