| Advertised Job Summary | The Executive Director of Enrollment Management Services will provide strong, senior leadership in expanding the outreach and recruitment activities that are integral to the on-going development and implementation of a sound Strategic Enrollment Management Plan. This includes an appreciation for how to attract students to programs across the USC Lancaster Campus including those who prefer to enroll only in online offerings, by implementing efficient, well-coordinated internal processes and procedures but more importantly by ensuring strong and innovative relationships with schools and community partners. |

| Preferred Qualifications | Masters degree in Student Services or related field and 8 years related experience. Demonstrable success overseeing an enrollment management team/operation. Ability to work with diverse student populations and maintain strict confidentiality related to student data. Demonstrated leadership and supervision skills. Demonstrated ability to design data-informed, comprehensive outreach / recruitment strategies as well as efficient internal enrollment processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, student information systems, databases, and spreadsheets. Experience working with Salesforce CRM |
