Admissions Associate (SDR)

Our team is looking to bring on someone to to be the first point of contact for incoming leads and potential clients, ensuring a smooth customer experience across a variety of CGA programs, by:
- Managing, contacting, and qualifying inbound warm/hot leads to CGA
- Providing resources to leads to inform them of opportunities with CGA
- Working as part of a high performing team to provide the best experience to potential CGA students
This is a full-time position, preferably based in US, Canada or Mexico.
What are the main responsibilities for this role?
- Supporting the growth of Crimson Global Academy in The United States, Canada, Mexico & LATAM
- Calling and engaging with new leads to qualify them for the admissions team, ensuring that data is diligently, accurately entered and managed within Salesforce, Crimson’s CRM system.
- Updating the records of these leads and tracking their movements to the next stage of the sales pipeline.
- Establishing, developing and maintaining positive and professional customer interactions and relationships for Crimson Global Academy.
- Continuously improving sales techniques, processes and enhancing industry knowledge.
- Share insights and trends back to key stakeholders including Marketing and Admissions Officers.
What success looks like:
- Contacting all leads within 1 hour during work hours and 24 hours during non-work times.
- Accurately updating salesforce with notes and stage progress within the same time frame.
- Qualifying families using guiding questions.
- Booking initial consultations with qualified families and ensuring they show up/rescheduling if they do not.
- Reporting on number of calls, consultations booked, turn up rate & sales closed weekly.
- Ability to work Mon - Fri 10am - 8pm Pacific Time..
What skills and experience are required?
- At least two years’ experience in sales roles with strong track record
- Experience in the Education or professional services (e.g. marketing agency, financial services, management consulting, hospitality, etc.) sector and using CRM (Salesforce) and multiple systems and platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the US, UK, and/or EU university admission standards and application process
- Proficient in English - Spoken/Written
- Professionalism, Time and Stress Management, Confidence, Positive attitude (patience, empathy), Willingness to learn and go the extra mile
