Overview:
Admissions Coordinator - Concorde Career College
The Admissions Coordinator serves as the campus subject matter expert on admissions administrative processes and ensures student database is maintained accurately and consistently through training and education of Admissions staff. This position is also responsible for collecting/maintaining qualifying documentation for potential students. Principal Accountabilities & Deliverables
As requested by the Director of Admissions:
Send daily FA calendar email
Send daily HESI schedule
Sent daily appointment email
Schedule all campus & virtual HESI appointments specific instructions
Send timely and accurate additional daily reports
Accurate and timely data entry of enrollment agreements, inquiries, and interviews along with processing of change of status forms prior to start
Confirm test scores are entered into Conext & CNex upon completion. Follow up with Proctor and Director of Admissions for any that are not entered.
Assist front desk with daily coverage of lunches and/ or breaks
Processing all enrollments from interview to future start in Conext & CNex while ensuring accuracy
POG collection:
Order student transcripts online or via USPS
Add & Scan into system upon receipt
Verifying against POG lists and/ or submitting for review
Scan all required documents in student file
Complete document tracking in CNex
Maintain tools, communication and collateral material used in presentations and communication to prospective students (tour process, power point presentations, electronic equipment, etc.)
Switchboard relief as needed and assistance with referral events, open houses, orientations and start days as requested
Maintain complete knowledge of all admissions administrative policies, processes, and procedures. Provide onsite training for admissions data entry processes (admissions representatives and receptionists) to support consistent execution of all processes and procedures.
