| Job Summary/Basic Function: | Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Recruitment and Visits as an integral member of the Undergraduate Admissions Recruitment team, the Admission Recruiter provides support to increase applications and enrollment by planning and conducting extensive recruiting activities at designated secondary schools and college fairs; planning and coordinating high school visits and attending college fairs within an assigned geographic travel territory; interacting with school counselors, students and family members; continuing communication with prospective students via direct mail, phone and e-mail; conducting daily / Saturday Admission information sessions and campus tours as needed with prospective students and family members. The Admission Recruiter will work closely with high school counselors to build strong relationships, expanding and supporting the work to create a college going culture, and providing direct support to prospective students. |

| Working Conditions | Climate controlled office environment with high volume of customer service traffic. Requires extensive evening and weekend hours. Reliable transportation is required due travel. Driver’s License required. Must meet University requirements to drive a university vehicle.
