About the team
On the Admissions team, our goal is to guide prospective students through a supportive, informative, and high-integrity admissions experience that reflects our student-first mission. This team is composed of dedicated Admissions Counselors, Team Leads, Trainers, and operational partners who work collaboratively to meet enrollment goals while upholding Campus’s values, culture, and standards of excellence.

The Admissions Team Lead is responsible for managing a team of 7–10 Admissions Counselors, ensuring they achieve their enrollment goals, and maintaining the overall operations and culture of the admissions department.   • A compensation package that includes a base salary ($65,000 - $75,000) + equity grant Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
