Description

Own the execution of high-impact U.S. marketing campaigns, ensuring geo-specific programs launch on time, on message, and drive measurable results across key growth periods.

About the Role

The Advanced Specialist, Geo Marketing plays a critical role in delivering high-impact U.S. marketing campaigns, working closely with the Senior Campaign Marketing Manager to ensure flawless execution across channels.

This role owns day-to-day campaign activation — translating strategy into action, coordinating timelines, managing assets, and ensuring campaigns are launch-ready and optimized. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and confident managing campaign deliverables end-to-end, particularly during peak periods such as Back-to-School and other priority moments throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities Campaign Development & Execution

  • Support the development and launch of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, paid media, email, and social channels.

  • Translate messaging and positioning into channel-ready activation plans and assets.

  • Coordinate campaign calendars and ensure key milestones and launch dates are met.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Centers of Excellence teams to ensure campaigns align with global objectives and ways of working.

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to incorporate local market insights and ensure messaging relevance.

Agency & Asset Management

  • Work with creative agencies to manage asset development, provide feedback, and ensure timely delivery.

  • Develop and maintain campaign documentation including briefs, asset trackers, and launch checklists.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor live campaign performance across channels and support optimization efforts.

  • Compile regular campaign reporting and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and post-campaign insights and recommendations.

Campaign Operations & Readiness

  • Manage QA, approvals, asset handoffs, and go-live processes to ensure campaign readiness.

  • Maintain a centralized library of campaign assets, templates, and documentation for reuse and consistency.

Sales Enablement

  • Lead the creation and distribution of sales enablement materials including toolkits, presentations, product documentation, and case studies.

  • Develop tailored assets for key accounts and ABM campaigns to support targeted sales engagement.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, or integrated marketing roles.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Solid understanding of integrated marketing and digital channels.

  • Experience working with marketing tools and platforms (e.g. CRM, CMS, project management tools).

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

  • Understanding of the U.S. Higher Education and K-12 markets, including sales cycles and B2B2C marketing models.

Compensation:

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:

The minimum full-time salary range is between $90,000 - $110,000.
