Role Overview:
This role is specifically designed for an individual who thrives on practical execution and hands-on operational work within AI governance platforms, particularly OneTrust. This is not a strategic consultant role; it requires direct, hands-on execution and configuration to operationalize AI governance workflows, controls, and processes. 

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Configure, implement, and operationalize AI governance workflows directly within OneTrust. 
  • Build, document, and maintain enterprise-wide AI system inventories, data lineage, and compliance frameworks in governance tools. 
  • Actively manage AI governance procedures, including risk assessments, policy enforcement, and audit reporting. 
  • Integrate and operationalize AI governance processes into day-to-day enterprise operations. 
  • Partner closely with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure AI governance requirements are consistently met, while simultaneously supporting rapid innovation.  

Required Qualifications: 
  • Mandatory: Demonstratable experience and expertise configuring, operationalizing, and maintaining governance workflows in OneTrust (or comparable platforms such as BigID, Informatica) within a comparable company/ organization 
  • Technical strength in governance process automation, compliance tracking, and risk management frameworks.  
  • Demonstratable Strength translating governance policies into executable workflows and technical configurations.  
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills working regularly with stakeholders at all levels job and technical proficiency levels.  

Preferred Qualifications 
  • Certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, or PMP
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like the EU AI Act or NIST AI RMF
