Analyst, Learning Experience Design

The Global Revenue Enablement team is looking for a creative and passionate Learning Experience Designer with experience building enterprise-wide learning design and enablement projects. You will have experience designing, authoring, and delivering engaging learning experiences across multiple modalities – virtual, in-person, e-learning. The Learning Experience Designer will create a range of instructional materials, from support content to interactive courses for a suite of ever-evolving products.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do
  • Develop learning deliverables or assets which address business critical learning goals for technical product subject matter
  • Maintain existing learning deliverables with an emphasis on continuous improvement and learner centered design
  • Identify performance and process gaps, discover new training opportunities, and lead new projects through to completion
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, Technical SMEs, and other teams to determine ongoing and release-based training needs
  • Develop curriculum for all educational offerings, including self-paced training, certification programs, and post-training activities
  • Use AI tools to enhance personalization, effectiveness, and scalability of learning content and experiences
  • Create supporting material/media (PPTs, audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games)
  • Use AI-powered authoring and multimedia tools to produce dynamic and learning materials

What We'd Like to See
  • 1+ years in sales, partner, success or customer enablement
  • Experience with technical product instructional design and training development
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, LMS/LXP, and e-learning authoring tool experience
  • Previous experience in a SaaS company
  • Familiarity with AI-driven learning platforms and analytics to improve learner engagement and outcomes
  • Masters degree in Learning Design, Instructional Design, Learning Tech, Education, Business or similar field

Role Essentials
  • 1 or more years of experience using ADDIE/SAM or similar methodology
  • Experience integrating theory and practice to deliver pedagogically sound learning experiences
  • Visual multi-media design (advanced PPT, Canva graphical assets)
  • Practical experience using AI technologies to enhance instructional design and learning delivery
  • Basic audio and video editing skills
  • Project management skills
