Analytics Project Manager Full Description

Blackbaud's Services PMO is a centralized Project Management Office that works hand in hand with the Customer Success Services teams and our customers. Project Manager, Associates, or Project Coordinators, are responsible for staffing, scheduling and project management of Blackbaud services projects. Project Managers serve as the internal representatives for the customer as they implement projects. Individuals in this role must have excellent customer service skills and are responsible for ensuring clients have a superior customer experience. Project Managers work with cross-functional teams to manage project delivery. This team is evaluated on project implementation process, client care and customer satisfaction. 
 
Responsibilities: 

  • Project setup of new projects in Salesforce 

  • Monitor communications and data submission notifications through a corporate inbox 

  • Managing client subscription start and renewals as well as start dates and expiration dates 

  • Assigning projects to data analysts once data is received 

  • Planning and executing mass email campaigns 

  • Identifying and managing project or client service requests 

  • Working directly with clients and/or Blackbaud support teams to ensure that client issues and feedback are managed appropriately. 

Required Experience: 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a large portfolio of clients and projects concurrently 

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English 

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills 

  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience working in a professional services setting 

  • SalesForce experience is a plus 

  • BA/BS degree preferred
