As an Applications Analyst, you’ll play a key role in connecting Division of IT and University needs with appropriate, smart, scalable enterprise technology solutions. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across IT and functional teams to analyze requirements, improve processes, and support the delivery of enterprise applications that modernize USC and drive organizational success. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, influence system improvements, and help shape efficient, secure, and well-documented solutions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Ensure IT business needs are thoroughly analyzed and translated into effective, scalable enterprise application solutions Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements Coordinate application-related projects, supporting timelines, communication, testing, and successful delivery Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business users, ensuring clear communication and alignment Plan, coordinate, and support the successful delivery of internal IT and application-related initiatives.
