In this role, you support students with troubleshooting, system navigation, and clear guidance, always maintaining a student‑centered approach. Assessment Operations Specialist
What you'll do
- Assist students in resolving technical issues related to assessment platforms, tools, and systems, ensuring timely and effective solutions
- Provide step‑by‑step guidance to students on accessing and using assessment systems and address common technical challenges
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries about assessments, including scheduling, policies, and procedures
- Document support cases thoroughly and accurately in required systems and tools
- Escalate complex technical issues to supervisors or technical support when needed
- Share student feedback, recurring issues, and trends to support process improvements
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflows and stay current on system updates and best practices
What you'll bring
