You will help students overcome technical challenges so they can successfully complete their assessments. In this role, you support students with troubleshooting, system navigation, and clear guidance, always maintaining a student‑centered approach. Your work ensures students feel confident and supported throughout their assessment experience.

What you'll do
  • Assist students in resolving technical issues related to assessment platforms, tools, and systems, ensuring timely and effective solutions 
  • Provide step‑by‑step guidance to students on accessing and using assessment systems and address common technical challenges
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries about assessments, including scheduling, policies, and procedures 
  • Document support cases thoroughly and accurately in required systems and tools 
  • Escalate complex technical issues to supervisors or technical support when needed 
  • Share student feedback, recurring issues, and trends to support process improvements 
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance workflows and stay current on system updates and best practices

What you'll bring

Work location
This is a full‑time, in‑office position at WGU's office in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Position & Application Details
