Duties and Responsibilities |
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Supporting the Assistant Dean in developing, implementing, and assessing Law School strategies, systems, policies, and best practices. This includes supporting associate and assistant deans, directors, and committees, as directed. Managing and coordinating data analytics and data related projects for assessment and accreditation purposes, as directed. Maintaining records and databases and ensuring the office maintains necessary software and technology updates relating to data gathering and reporting. Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations for Law School faculty, administration, and staff. Assisting with daily operations and overall office administration. Works collaboratively across the Law School and University and is accountable. Performing other related duties and participating in special projects as assigned.
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience |
Minimum qualifications: Master’s degree. Three (3) – five (5) years of experience working in a higher education setting or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience in a similar role. Strong data analytics and data processing skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications |
Preferred qualifications: J.D. degree. Previous experience working in higher education data assessment and accreditation. Previous knowledge and experience working with data collection software. Experience in project management. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
Certificates/Credentials/Licenses | Master’s degree and strong data analytics skills.
Computer Skills | Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, with advanced Excel and database skills.
Demonstrated data analytics skills.
