Develop and deliver training programs for Business Experience Coordinators on career advising topics.
Collaborate with faculty to integrate career readiness into academic programs and analyze career outcomes data.
Provide individual and group career counseling covering job search strategies, resume reviews, interview preparation, and networking.
Serve as liaison between students, faculty, employers, and alumni for recruiting and career development efforts.
Maintain and manage software tools related to resumes, interviewing, and career development.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and minimum 3 years of experience in corporate, business, or higher education settings required.
Preferred qualifications include a master's degree and 10+ years of corporate/executive experience.
Familiarity with corporate recruiting practices, resume writing, and career coaching emphasized.
