Job Summary
Counsel and support prospective first-year and transfer students throughout the college search and selection process, with a primary focus on admission recruitment and outreach to students and families outside the state of Indiana, as well as comprehensive application review. This role may also take on program coordination, strategic initiatives, and other special projects as needed. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who can build strong relationships with prospective students and families, high school counselors, community-based organizations, and campus partners, while thinking quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment that demands sound judgment and effective problem-solving.

Success in this role requires strong time management, the ability to balance multiple priorities, and a high level of intrinsic motivation. The successful candidate will value and actively support a diverse campus community, frequently engaging with prospective students and their families both in-person and virtually, in settings ranging from one-on-one conversations to large-group presentations of up to 1,000 or more attendees on campus, across Indiana, and nationwide.
Expected annual salary for this position is approximately $50,000 per annum.
