| Job Summary/Basic Function | Millersville University—a top-ranked undergraduate and graduate public University and one of 10 Universities in the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education—welcomes applications and nominations for its Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management (AVPEM) position. Millersville University is currently operating with a stable undergraduate enrollment, growing graduate enrollment, and a balanced budget, creating a strong foundation for the next AVPEM to lead a strategic vision for the future. The Position:Reporting to the Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs and serving as a member of both the Deans Council and President’s Leadership Council, the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management serves as the chief enrollment officer and provides leadership in the development and implementation of a comprehensive enrollment management plan for the University. They provide oversight to and coordination of 33 staff across the offices of Admissions, Financial Aid, and the Registrar to ensure delivery of quality services to all constituents, including prospective, current, and former students as well as faculty, staff, and administrators. The AVPEM works collaboratively with Deans, Directors, Department Chairs, and other University officials to ensure that enrollment management processes maintain the highest level of service to students and the campus community. The AVPEM serves as a role model of the University’s EPPIIC values and supports the University’s strategic plan. Located on 250 beautiful acres in southeastern Pennsylvania, Millersville University serves approximately 7,000 students in 58 baccalaureate, 19 master’s, and three doctoral programs of study and is one of 10 universities within the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education.
