Assistant Director of Annual Giving (ADAG) University of South Carolina Upstate STA00362PO26 Spartanburg, SC Reporting to the Director of Alumni Relations and Annual Giving, the Assistant Director of Annual Giving (ADAG) develops and executes the annual solicitation strategy in alignment with the university’s strategic priorities. The ADAG manages the comprehensive annual giving program, including direct mail, giving day, digital campaigns, giving webpages, employee campaign, and senior legacy society. |

| Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience | Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 1 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience. |

| Preferred Qualifications | A bachelor’s and 1 year of experience. Higher education fundraising and/or strong understanding of development process and comprehensive campaigns; working knowledge of Raiser’s Edge RE-NXT strongly desired. |
| Knowledge/Skills/Abilities | A good driving record. Ability to organize and manage multiple assignments and deadlines. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and proven capability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
