Position Summary
The Assistant Director of Enrollment at the Graduate School of Social Work reports directly to the Associate Director of Enrollment and Financial Aid and will have first level enrollment duties, admission and operations functions and responsibilities for the assigned program â Denver Campus, MSW@Denver online, or distance programs. Duties will include developing original data analyses and assessment tools related to GSSW strategic enrollment initiatives for all program cohorts. The Assistant Director will be responsible for developing strong relationships with external and internal organizations, GSSW faculty, administrators, students and alumni. In addition, the Assistant Director will develop and implement prospective student pipeline initiatives, recruitment operations and yield events.

Work Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm with some evening and weekend work hours. In accordance with the Universityâs flexible work policy, this position is eligible to be considered for partial remote work. Further details regarding this plan will be determined with the hiring manager and are dependent on the division and team specific needs.

Salary Grade Number:
The salary grade for the position is 9.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $58,000-$65,000.
The University of Denver has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The University may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, but not based on a candidateâs sex or any other protected status.
