  • Coordinate transfer student success initiatives, including onboarding, community building, and transitional support courses.
  • Supervise student workers involved in recruitment and transfer initiatives.
  • Analyze recruitment and enrollment data to evaluate return on investment and report outcomes to leadership.
  • Required qualifications include a Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in college recruiting/admissions, strong communication, project management skills, and possession or ability to obtain a North Carolina driver's license.
  • Preferred experience with Slate CRM, academic advising, teaching student success courses, data analysis, and knowledge of North Carolina's Comprehensive Articulation Agreement.
  • Anticipated salary range: $66,000 - $72,000 annually.
  • This full-time role requires frequent overnight travel, occasional weekend and night work.
