Highlights

Develop and execute comprehensive undergraduate recruitment plans for the College of Natural Resources (CNR).
Coordinate and lead on-campus visitation events, open houses, and high school/community outreach programs.
Partner with communications for recruitment materials, social media campaigns, and email sequences.
Serve as primary liaison for high school counselors and external stakeholders in North Carolina.
Lead transfer student recruitment, admissions, and pre-admission academic advising to ensure clear degree pathways.
Maintain and develop formal 2+2 transfer agreements with NC Community Colleges and represent CNR in transfer programs.
Coordinate transfer student success initiatives, including onboarding, community building, and transitional support courses.
Supervise student workers involved in recruitment and transfer initiatives.
Analyze recruitment and enrollment data to evaluate return on investment and report outcomes to leadership.
Required qualifications include a Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in college recruiting/admissions, strong communication, project management skills, and possession or ability to obtain a North Carolina driver's license.
Preferred experience with Slate CRM, academic advising, teaching student success courses, data analysis, and knowledge of North Carolina's Comprehensive Articulation Agreement.
Anticipated salary range: $66,000 - $72,000 annually.
This full-time role requires frequent overnight travel, occasional weekend and night work.
