Are you passionate about performance marketing and ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for a talented individual to help shape and drive our marketing strategies across the Americas.
In this exciting role you will help contribute to cohesive performance marketing KPIs, with clear storylines on campaigns and marketing performance, as you coordinate the execution of day-to-day campaign activation with our media agencies and in-house functional experts!
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage our Affiliate Program in AMS markets, across the US, Canada and Mexico.
- Participate in weekly standup reporting sessions around our sales plans, update teams on digital performance, and implement the action plans for our Performance Marketing & SEO team.
- Drive effectiveness in our affiliate marketing program across AMS markets, establishing strong relationships and building new publisher partnerships to grow LEGO.com sales, traffic and new audience growth.
- Identify new opportunities for growth, focusing on ecommerce KPIs for sales, new audience growth, and engagement.
- Maintain a broad view across digital performance marketing levers including affiliate marketing, search marketing, and programmatic, and support functional teams gain local insights to improve performance.

Further, with LEGO.com’s unique position as a brand lighthouse, this role will be especially focused on building brand engagement, and ultimately finding innovative ways to deliver incremental visitors and shoppers into the LEGO world – with a keen eye on data and insights.
Do you have what it takes?
- Proven digital marketing experience across multiple digital channels, including SEM, SEO, PPC, affiliate, and display.
- Hands-on affiliate marketing experience across big networks including ideally any of Amazon Associates, Rakuten, AWIN, Commission Junction or others in this space.
- Excellent communication skills are required, and comfortable in presenting both broad and detailed views on performance marketing channels.
- Incredibly structured and organized approach to performance data; proficient levels in excel and analytics.
- Budgeting experience across digital channels, with general knowledge of basic finance principles.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team, and excited by problem-solving complex challenges, becoming a change lead, and approach obstacles pragmatically.
- Fluency in English
Nice to have:
- Practical experience in affiliate marketing as a publisher, advertiser or affiliate network account lead.
- Adobe Analytics experience

- The salary for this position has a range of $81,600 - $122,400 USD based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
