Organic Content Marketing Specialist
Job Overview
BARBRI is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Organic Marketing Specialist to support the execution of omni-channel marketing initiatives that drive B2C revenue and brand engagement for BARBRI’s law school, bar exam prep and bar prep supplements product lines.
Reporting to our Senior Manager of Go-to-Market Strategy, Bar Review, you will help execute marketing strategies that drive revenue and brand awareness for BARBRI’s law school (West Academic Study Aids, 1L/2L/3L Success), Bar Review and our portfolio of Bar Prep Supplements, and related product lines. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with opportunities to grow and contribute creatively, and an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to advance their product marketing career and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
As a member of our Creative Brand Strategy Team, and will collaborate with BARBRI’s other Centers of Excellence, including: UX/UI, Marketing Ops/Demand Transformation, Paid Media, and Analytics & Insights.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with and gather product details from cross-functional teams (Product, Creative, Student Support, Dev, etc.) to ensure marketing messaging is accurate
- Develop a strong understanding of the product, target audience, and competitive landscape
- Submit creative request tickets, manage stakeholder feedback, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met
- Assist in the execution of marketing strategies across digital channels, email, blogs, and social media
- Coordinate marketing materials and ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across materials
- Build and maintain unified organic content calendar and process to deploy across channels
- Assist in evaluating key campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies and enhance messaging effectiveness
- Occasional content drafting: including emails and other organic content
- Provide event support, including webinars and live engagements
Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, project management software, analytics dashboards). Experience in Marketo, Canva, JIRA, and Zoom preferred.
- Working knowledge of basic analytics (Google Analytics, UTM tracking, etc.)
- A self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
