Lead Office of Research Compliance, develop and update policies on research regulatory compliance

Act as liaison to federal research oversight authorities and accrediting agencies
Develop and deliver education and training programs on research compliance and ethics
Required qualifications: Master's degree minimum (Ph.D., M.D., D.V.M., J.D. preferred) with 6+ years of research compliance and leadership experience
Knowledge of laws and regulations on human subjects, animal research, biosafety, export controls, and foreign research security
Preferred certifications: CIP, CPIA, or certification in research compliance, plus strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Annual salary range $180,000 to $200,000 with comprehensive state benefits and tuition reimbursement
