  • Master’s degree required (doctorate preferred) with at least 6 years of relevant leadership and administrative experience in professional and continuing education.
  • Experience in budget development, staff supervision, securing funding, and knowledge of higher education policies and outreach functions.
  • Salary range from $185,000 to $225,400, commensurate with experience.
  • Must meet U.S. employment eligibility requirements and possess strong communication and collaborative skills.
