Location: Hybrid to Wayne, PA or Naperville, IL — remote candidates considered
This role follows Eastern Time Zone hours and may include up to 10% travel for regional client events, on-site workshops, and industry conferences.
 
How You’ll Contribute to Our Mission
As an Associate Client Value Partner, you’ll help K–12 districts get the most value from Frontline Education’s solutions. Working alongside our Client Success team, you’ll learn to manage a small portfolio of clients while supporting engagement, adoption, and renewal efforts that strengthen relationships and improve outcomes for educators and students.
 
You’ll collaborate with Client Value Partners, Sales, and Product teams to create data-informed, positive client experiences — developing expertise across Frontline’s product pillars and contributing directly to district success.
 
How You’ll Drive Success
  • Support Client Value Partners in executing engagement strategies for mid-touch K–12 districts.
  • Help manage a smaller book of business (approximately 50–75 districts), monitoring health, adoption, and engagement trends.
  • Assist with Gainsight-powered digital campaigns — including email, in-app messages, and webinars — to promote onboarding and feature adoption.
  • Prepare materials for Executive Business Reviews and Live Purposeful Engagements (LPEs).
  • Track client interactions in Salesforce, Gainsight, and Confluence to maintain alignment and visibility.
  • Partner internally with Implementation, Support, and Product teams to resolve client issues quickly and effectively.
  • Identify and share insights that support renewal, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
  • Contribute to campaigns that educate clients on new and adjacent Frontline solutions.
  • Participate in data reviews to identify trends and suggest proactive engagement strategies.
  • Complete Frontline product certifications to strengthen your product knowledge.

What You Bring to Help Us Grow
  • 1–2 years of experience in SaaS customer success, account management, or K–12 education technology (preferred).
  • Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Interest in developing expertise in client engagement, data analysis, and relationship management.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, or marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
  • Curiosity and a genuine passion for supporting K–12 education leaders.
  • Comfort exploring or using AI-enabled tools for communication, analysis, or productivity (a plus).

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range $60-70K: Competitive and commensurate with experience, skills, and internal equity. 401(k) match, bonus eligibility, ESPP, comprehensive health benefits, and personalized PTO. Tuition reimbursement is available for eligible coursework.
