What you’ll do:
  • Lead the course development team to create engaging, accessible, award-winning online courses.
  • Manage a balance of innovation, quality, and time-to-market in our course development process.
  • Support a roster of 350+ online instructors teaching thousands of course sections annually.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and instructor training. 
  • Collaborate with Berklee’s tech team to leverage AI and emerging tools that enhance learning and streamline development.
  • Ensure academic rigor, quality, and student success across Berklee Online’s diverse programs (courses, certificates, degrees, MOOCs).
  • Work with senior leadership to develop new programs and products that expand Berklee’s global reach and reputation.
