This role collaborates with the Executive Director for Student Retention and Success to develop strategies for supporting student populations based on data analysis. They also supervise a team of Navigational Advisors and a team of student staff, help foster a team culture, and collaborate with other departments and campus partners to enhance student navigation and support initiatives. Outreach and engagement efforts are conducted through various university campaigns and collaborations with university departments and community organizations. Required Qualifications | Required: Master’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. 3 years of professionally related experience that includes academic advising, student counseling, supervision, strategic planning, or related fields. Preferred Qualifications | Preferred: Experience developing and implementing student-focused programs and processes. Demonstrated knowledge of academic advising practices in higher education. Familiarity with data analysis, assessment, and reporting to inform decision-making. Supervisory experience in an educational or student support setting.
