We partner with schools, districts, and states to support the implementation of our personalized, competency-based math solution, Teach to One: Roadmaps, while also advocating for shifts across the K-12 landscape to create the conditions for more student-centered learning.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a mission-driven Associate Director of Education Solutions to drive the adoption of Teach to One Roadmaps across Rhode Island. This role will focus on recruiting schools and districts to participate in Teach to One Roadmaps.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Rhode Island’s education landscape, strong relationships across the K-12 sector, and demonstrated experience in growing and scaling education programs statewide. You will lead outreach efforts, build trusted relationships with district and school leaders, and support the transition from initial commitment to program onboarding, working closely with our Program Success team to ensure a smooth handoff.

This is a fully remote, full-time role but candidates must reside in Rhode Island and be able to travel to schools and districts across the state as needed.

WHAT YOU WOULD DO
  • Proactively identify, engage, and recruit Rhode Island districts and schools to implement Teach to One Roadmaps.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including district leaders, school administrators, and state education officials.
  • Lead initial conversations with prospective partners, deliver product presentations, and manage early-stage partnership development through commitment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including the Program Success team, to ensure a smooth transition from signed agreement to school onboarding and implementation planning.
  • Support district and school leaders in understanding how Roadmaps aligns with Rhode Island math standards, MTSS frameworks, and intervention needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach and engagement activities in Salesforce (CRM).
  • Contribute to Rhode Island-specific strategies to maximize program visibility and growth, in collaboration with the Director of Education Solutions and VP of Marketing & Sales.
  • Represent Teach to One at local conferences, convenings, and events.

KEY COMPETENCIES OF THE ROLE
  • Passionate about personalized learning, with the ability to inspire and build trust with school and district leaders.
  • Entrepreneurial and goal-oriented, comfortable driving outreach efforts independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Strong relationship builder who can cultivate and sustain partnerships across diverse education stakeholders.
  • Clear and persuasive communicator, able to tailor messaging for different audiences including superintendents, principals, and instructional leaders.
  • Organized and detail-driven, capable of managing multiple prospects, follow-ups, and transitions to implementation support.
  • Growth mindset, committed to continuous improvement, feedback, and learning from successes and challenges.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • You embody the organization’s core values: Prioritize People, Initiate and Innovate, Lifelong Learning, Creative Collaboration, Purposeful Partnerships and Considered Confidence.
  • Strong, established network of K-12 education leaders and decision-makers across Rhode Island, with the ability to open doors and build trust quickly.
  • Background in academic strategy, instructional coaching, and/or professional learning, with the ability to speak credibly about instructional models, MTSS, and personalized learning.
  • Skilled relationship builder with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort working independently in an evolving environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, especially with school and district leaders.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in K-12 education, with a strong preference for in-state experience in Rhode Island.
  • Access to reliable transportation for in-state travel.
