Monitor admissions KPIs, application pipelines, and marketing impacts using data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Slate CRM.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage data for predictive modeling and strategic planning for Villanova School of Business graduate programs.
Supervise the Assistant Director of Enrollment Operations and manage enrollment software, including Technolutions Slate CRM, SoftDocs, and Credly.
Prepare and analyze datasets for accreditation, rankings, and surveys; ensure compliance with FERPA policies.
Provide technical support and training related to enrollment management systems and troubleshoot associated platforms such as MyNova and Banner.
Participate in cross-departmental coordination and university committees, acting as a Data Steward for the University.
Associate level requires 4+ years experience with strong database and data analytics skills; Director level requires 7+ years with advanced Slate CRM experience.
Must possess strong technical skills in Banner, Slate, Qualtrics, Microsoft Office; excellent communication and organizational abilities are essential.
Salary ranges from $64,000 to $80,000 for Associate Director and $71,700 to $89,600 for Director, based on qualifications and internal equity.
Some regional/national travel and occasional evenings/weekends are required to meet student needs.
