This role is pivotal in executing a bold transformation: integrating digital learning, AI-powered coaching, and immersive in-person academies to deliver world-class training experiences that drive performance and growth.
As a delivery expert, you will partner closely with subject matter experts across sales, product, and operations to translate their deep knowledge into engaging, learner-centered programs. You will apply adult learning principles to ensure every experience is relevant, actionable, and empowering.
In this role, you will design, deliver, and continuously optimize training programs that build the skills, knowledge, and performance of financial services sales professionals. You will assess and analyze training data to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Ultimately, this role ensures that advisors are fully equipped to drive revenue, strengthen client relationships, and operate in full compliance with industry regulations.
What will the employee do in this role?
- Execute Modern Training Delivery: Deliver high-impact learning experiences across digital platforms, virtual facilitation, in-person academies, and AI coaching tools.
- Translate SME Expertise into Learning Journeys: Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex knowledge into engaging, learner-friendly formats.
- Instructor Lead Training: Facilitate training sessions, instructor-led (ILT), virtual and, blended (eLearning plus live) to diverse audiences.
- Learning Evaluation Metrics: Collect and summarize learner feedback, training evaluation, and completion metrics, report findings and suggest improvements.
- Training Content Management: Ensure training content is current and localized as needed, partnering with subject matter experts and respecting compliance standards.
- Training Trends Mastery: Stay informed on training trends and tools, virtual facilitation, LMS usage, adult learning models to enhance delivery quality.
Skills & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree (REQUIRED).
Work Experience
- 3 years of relevant experience to include: Large Group Instruction, Training, Teaching, and Financial Planning (PREFERRED)
- 2 years of proven sales experience, financial services (PREFERRED)
Certifications
- APTD (Associate Professional in Talent Development), CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development, OLC’s IDP (offered by the Online Learning Consortium (OLC), the Instructional Designer Certificate Program (IDP) (PREFERRED)
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Corporate Training: Proven experience in corporate training environments, ideally within fast-paced, high-growth organizations undergoing transformation
- Adult Learning Theory: Demonstrates expertise in adult learning theory with strong instructional delivery and facilitation skills across both in‑person and virtual learning environments.
- Facilitation Skills: Excellent in both engaging in person sessions and dynamic virtual delivery.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Clear, professional facilitation; ability to work with SMEs, trainers, and cross functional teams.
- Technology Proficiency: Competent with Learning Management Systems (LMS), virtual meeting platforms (Teams), and other educational tools.
- Analytical Abilities: Skilled at analyzing feedback and training outcomes, driving continuous improvement.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training initiatives, schedule, and follow-ups.
- Instructional Design: Strong grasp of adult learning theories, curriculum development, and training methodologies.
- Must be able to simultaneously manage & prioritize multiple projects at various stages of completion.
- Prepared to discuss multiple examples of the portfolio of work is needed.
