  • Compensation includes a base salary of $75K - $85K plus a 2.5% company performance bonus; benefits include 80% premium coverage for medical, dental, vision insurance and a 401k match up to 3%.

Who you are:

  • (Required) 1+ year of experience in project coordination or a related role, preferably within enterprise software development or with non-profit/higher education organizations.
  • You possess foundational project management skills with the ability to support multiple tasks and projects.
  • You are committed to providing excellent customer service.
  • You have strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to assist in communicating technical ideas to non-technical customer audiences.
  • An analytic and creative mindset with good problem-solving aptitude.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, like Asana, SmartSheets, Rocketlane, or similar.
  • Highly self-motivated and optimistic, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Experience with CRM (Blackbaud, Salesforce, Ellucian) or database systems is a plus.
  • Non-profit or higher education fundraising experience is also a plus.

What you’ll do:

  • Project Execution: Assist with new customer implementations and reimplementations, including planning, execution, tracking milestones, and coordinating stakeholders. (Across Impact, Balance, Signal, ThankView, DonorSearch.)
  • Customer Partnership: Act as a key point of contact during onboarding, support change requests, prepare customers for training, and participate in pre-sales calls when needed.
  • Data Readiness & Automation: Support customer data prep, transfers, and automation workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with CSMs, Implementation Consultants, Sales, Customer Ops, and Enablement to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Process & Documentation: Contribute to improving implementation processes, using AI tools, and maintaining internal/external documentation.
  • Special Projects: Assist with internal initiatives and occasional travel as needed.
