Who you are:
- (Required) 1+ year of experience in project coordination or a related role, preferably within enterprise software development or with non-profit/higher education organizations.
- You possess foundational project management skills with the ability to support multiple tasks and projects.
- You are committed to providing excellent customer service.
- You have strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to assist in communicating technical ideas to non-technical customer audiences.
- An analytic and creative mindset with good problem-solving aptitude.
- Familiarity with project management tools, like Asana, SmartSheets, Rocketlane, or similar.
- Highly self-motivated and optimistic, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM (Blackbaud, Salesforce, Ellucian) or database systems is a plus.
- Non-profit or higher education fundraising experience is also a plus.
What youâll do:
- Project Execution: Assist with new customer implementations and reimplementations, including planning, execution, tracking milestones, and coordinating stakeholders. (Across Impact, Balance, Signal, ThankView, DonorSearch.)
- Customer Partnership: Act as a key point of contact during onboarding, support change requests, prepare customers for training, and participate in pre-sales calls when needed.
- Data Readiness & Automation: Support customer data prep, transfers, and automation workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with CSMs, Implementation Consultants, Sales, Customer Ops, and Enablement to ensure successful outcomes.
- Process & Documentation: Contribute to improving implementation processes, using AI tools, and maintaining internal/external documentation.
- Special Projects: Assist with internal initiatives and occasional travel as needed.
