Associate Tax Analyst


Job Summary
As a new tax analyst, you will be involved on a regular basis in the company’s income tax, fixed asset and indirect tax calculations and tax returns. You will also work on varying tax research projects. You will receive extensive training, mentoring, and coaching. Grow personally and professionally while building a career for the future!

Responsibilities
  • Prepare federal, state and local income tax returns and supporting workpapers
  • Prepare quarterly estimated tax calculations
  • Prepare miscellaneous state and local tax and business filings
  • Maintain tax calendar of filings
  • Develop tools and procedures to streamline manual processes
  • Support the annual income tax provision process (ASC 740), including preparation of calculations, documentation and reporting
  • Respond to tax notices and audits
  • Support special projects as needed, including R&D tax credits, transfer pricing and business expansions
  • Monitor tax legislative changes

Minimum Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
