Core Responsibilities
The Associate Tech Service Specialist is an independent and dedicated player in its own field, providing advice and solutions to complex IT incidents and problems. Considered as an asset in a service product being able to solve a wide variety of complex issues while shifting focus from being reactive to becoming proactive.

  • Actively engages with Digital Technology product teams to implement the required processes, technology and solutions on the site
  • Proactively ensures IT Policies and Principles are being followed on the site
  • Actively improves, apply, trains and promotes new technologies implemented in the organization
  • Install and configure hardware, computer systems and applications within the company
  • Engages with vendors as it relates to IT area.

Do you have what it takes?
Passion for compute infrastructure especially virtual environment (network, computers, etc.) and more years of experience is fundamental here. With understanding of IP addressing, subnetting, TCP/IP protocol, DHCP, DNS, FTP. Solid understanding of security principles, including encryption, network security and data protection as well. The strong candidate also has advanced knowledge of ITSM tool, filtering, reporting, using of dashboards and knowledge of agile framework, and are eager to get things done.

As a person, we expect the candidate to have a service approach and to be organized, like to interact with various people and be a problem solver for them. Strive to strength already existing IT fix skills and continuously think about how we succeed as a team. Also, to fit into our outstanding team, the preferred candidate should naturally bring a positive can-do-mindset.

To succeed in this role, you ideally already have experience within some of the following:

  • Operating systems: Proficiency in various operating systems such as Windows and macOS, including advanced configuration, system optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Advanced hardware troubleshooting: knowledge of computer hardware components (inc.: peripherals, production line components, handheld devices etc.), diagnostics tools, and advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex hardware issues.
  • Cloud computing: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and experience in managing cloud resources, deploying applications, and troubleshooting cloud-related issues.

The salary for this position has a range of min $73,703 to $110,555 annually based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The definitive compensation may vary in alignment with the selected candidate’s professional background, experience, operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
