Full-time, remote only, USA. $73K base salary. $128K OTE. Uncapped commission. Equity with 4-year vesting.

Responsibilities
  • Own revenue growth from your assigned territory in the US - from prospecting to closing deals
  • Meet or exceed quarterly quotas, while providing monthly forecasts on a weekly basis
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, cold calling, group demos, overcoming objections, preparing proposals, and closing the deal
  • Use a mix of email campaigns, cold calling, and conferences to build pipeline for your territory
  • Utilize our CRM (Hubspot, Sybill) to document sales activity
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Boost products, industry trends, and competition
  • Stay sharp and up-to-date around modern sales best practices to identify new strategies to use in your sales practice
  • Travel expectations: On average once a month to conferences, roadshows, company retreats

About you
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales either as a BDR, SDR, or AE. Ideally at a company selling software to schools (K-12 private or public, higher ed)
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
