  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree with at least five years of HR or State Health Benefit & Pension services experience and prior supervisory or management experience.
  • Preferred certifications include PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CPP; knowledge in KPI design and analytics is valued.
  • Salary offered is $94,492 with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, retirement plans, and employee educational benefits.
