Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree with at least five years of HR or State Health Benefit & Pension services experience and prior supervisory or management experience.
Preferred certifications include PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CPP; knowledge in KPI design and analytics is valued.
