Minimum of a related Bachelor's degree with 2+ years HR benefits experience or equivalent training and experience.
Experience with state benefits programs, leave administration, and retirement processes preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required, including presentation abilities.
Position is full-time, exempt with a salary range of $61,000 - $66,000 annually.
Supports benefits for over 4,000 university faculty, staff, and temporary employees.
